The warranty is extended to all countries where this product is distributed by Ferrogón Metal SLU.
Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty is for a period of three years from the moment the product is delivered.
- The conformity of the product is guaranteed according to the use for which it is intended.
Within the warranty period we will rectify without any charge any defect in the operation of the door, glass or accessory due to its manufacture by replacing parts or providing new product, provided that the option chosen is feasible and is not economically disproportionate according to our criteria.
Nullity of the guarantee:
This warranty will not be valid in cases of: misuse, improper use of the product, for improper handling of the product by an unauthorized person, for the deterioration of the product due to external agents such as water, excess fire or other harmful chemical products , obstructive or corrosive, due to improper maintenance, lack of cleanliness, the use of spare parts or non-original parts of the brand.
Likewise, glass breakage caused by improper installation of the door or products that have not been paid as stated in the conditions of sale will not be covered.
Failure to respect the conditions of sale: non-payment, return of payment will automatically void the product guarantees.
